1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing training information, schedules, or inquiry forms on nextgen-advanceon.digital, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site. Corporate purchasers remain responsible for ensuring their attendees comply.
2. Services described
We provide instructor-led and hybrid professional training in DevOps, CI/CD, cloud operations, and adjacent disciplines. Course descriptions state duration, format, and prerequisites. We may update curricula to reflect tooling changes while preserving stated learning objectives.
3. Eligibility and conduct
Participants must meet published prerequisites and behave respectfully toward staff and peers. We may remove anyone who disrupts learning or violates acceptable use rules, with fees handled according to the Refund & Cancellation policy.
4. Intellectual property
Materials, labs, and recordings (where offered) are licensed for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing without written permission is prohibited. Open-source components retain their respective licenses.
5. Limitation of liability
Training is educational, not professional certification unless explicitly stated. To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, we disclaim indirect and consequential damages arising from site use or attendance. Direct damages are limited to fees paid for the specific cohort giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Korea. Parties submit to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. We encourage good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend site access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. Accounts or bookings tied to fraud or abuse may be terminated. Sections that reasonably should survive (IP, liability limits, governing law) continue after termination.
8. Changes to these terms
We will post updates with a revised “last updated” date. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated via the email address on file. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
