Questions? Email billing@nextgen-advanceon.digital
1. Scope and prices
Published prices are informational until confirmed on an invoice or order acknowledgment. Currency is KRW unless otherwise stated. This policy applies to standard public cohorts; enterprise statements of work may differ.
2. Cooling-off and eligibility
Consumers in Republic of Korea may withdraw within 14 days of purchase if services have not yet been substantially delivered. Access to full digital materials or attendance beyond intro sessions may reduce refundable amounts as permitted by law.
3. Full and partial refunds
If we cancel a cohort, you receive a full refund or credit. If you withdraw before materials unlock, you receive a full refund within the cooling-off window. Partial refunds may apply after partial delivery, calculated based on unused sessions.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party exam vouchers, already-redeemed licenses, and shipping of physical goods (if any) are non-refundable once issued. Administrative fees stated on the invoice remain non-refundable when disclosed in advance.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@nextgen-advanceon.digital with your order reference, cohort name, and reason. We respond within five business days with confirmation and timeline.
6. Processing timeline and method
Approved refunds are processed within ten business days to the original payment method where possible; otherwise bank transfer with KRW settlement.
7. Cancellations by participants
Cancellations after the cooling-off period follow the schedule on your invoice. Substitutions may be allowed up to seven days before start if prerequisites match. Force-majeure events follow contract clauses in enterprise agreements; public cohorts receive credits if sessions cannot run.
